Gods

The Creation of Cinnis and the Planes.

Long ago, before all that is ever, was, there were Four goddesses, who had dominion of their own separate planes of existence.

Nomin, goddess of Knowledge, in her home plane of The Gray Shore, she built the Ivory City, home of her Great Library. It’s said that her Palace on the lake shore is never quiet of music and that the Seraphim are in eternal banquet.

Val, goddess of War, In her home plane of Midsummer, she created an eternal summer tournament of skill and honor. It is said that her palace was built into the entirety of a mountain and that she keeps Gold Dragons as guards.

Fea, goddess of Nature, in her home plane of The Eternal Wood she tends to the Tree of Life whose silver leaves and luminescent pearl blossoms, at night, shimmer in its canopy like stars in the sky. It is said that every other day is a feast day and that in her banquet hall no creature’s goblet empties nor plate is left wanting.

Lith, goddess of Life and Death, whom’s original home plane is a mystery to all.

But alas the goddesses knew that their planes were forever tied to them and if they died, so would their planes. They came together wanting to create a permanent plane, one that was independent of their own existence, one that could carry on life even if they were to die. Though the cost of creation would be dire.

Nomin, Val and Fea argued over the price of such a creation, but it was Lith who stepped forward, silencing her sisters, for she offered her life and all that it was, is and ever would be. The 3 goddesses tried to convince her otherwise but she would not be swayed in her decision and so the Nomin, Val and Fea, swore an oath to Lith that they would protect, guide and watch-over the new world to the best of their ability while still allowing the new world to remain independent and ultimately choose its own path. And with their oath sworn Lith died and from the ashes was born the world of Cinnis. In its primordial state each of the goddess gave the new world a gift. Val, gave the primordial physical form. Nomin, gave the physical form, law. and Fea gave the world Life. And so the goddess departed this world giving it time to grow.

The First life born in this world were the Four Heavenly Kings who would go on to be worshiped as gods and after them came the four giants, who were the appointed guardians of the goddesses, but they turned on each other and fought a thousand year battle that ended in their deaths. And after them came the first flora and fauna and with them came the nature spirits. After them was born the first elves and dwarves and after them came the first humans and after them came the rest of the modern races.

But the creation of this new land reverberated throughout the fabric of reality and ripples of this creation caused its own bursts of creation and so came into being the 4 elemental/emotional Planes, the Astral plane, the Ethereal plane, the Shadow plane, and the Plane of the 6 Hells.
In these 6 hells were born the first demons who would be worshiped as gods
